About Pikachu ex SSP 247

Pikachu ex SSP 247, Pokémon - basic tera ex, designed by Konami first released in Nov, 2024 in the set Surging Sparks.

A deck focused on energy acceleration and resilience would benefit from using Pikachu ex SSP 247, as its Topaz Bolt attack can deal significant damage when powered up and its Resolute Heart ability provides protection against being knocked out.
