Tierno KSS 39 would benefit a deck that focuses on drawing cards quickly to set up combos or find key cards. While Tierno's effect of drawing 3 cards is decent, there are better Supporter cards like Professor's Research or Cynthia that offer more card draw or additional benefits. Tierno may see play in budget decks or decks that require specific card draw support, but in competitive play, it is usually outclassed by more efficient options.
