A deck that focuses on evolving multiple Pokémon quickly would benefit from Vivillon SSP 7, as its Evo-Powder ability allows for efficient evolution of Benched Pokémon. However, there are better cards with similar evolution acceleration abilities, such as Rare Candy, which can directly evolve a Basic Pokémon into a Stage 2 without needing the prerequisite evolution. Vivillon SSP 7 may not see as much play due to this competition from more versatile evolution acceleration cards.
