Blastoise-EX PR-XY XY30, Pokémon - basic ex, designed by Eske Yoshinob first released in May, 2022 in the set XY Black Star Promos. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.35.
This Blastoise-EX card would benefit a deck focused on quick switching strategies and high damage output. While its Rapid Spin move allows for strategic bench swapping, the Splash Bomb attack can deal significant damage, especially when paired with other water-type support cards. However, in the current meta, there may be better options like Keldeo-EX with its Rush In Ability for mobility or Greninja-GX for its Water Shuriken spread damage. Blastoise-EX could still see play in decks aiming for versatility and surprise tactics.
