Onix-GX HIF 36 would fit well in a Fighting-type deck that focuses on high damage output and disruption, leveraging its Heavy Impact and Bind abilities to control the opponent's board while dealing significant damage. However, there are arguably stronger options in the current meta, such as Lucario-GX or Buzzwole-GX, which offer better synergy and utility, including more efficient energy costs and additional effects. While Onix-GX can be a fun addition, especially for casual play, it may not see competitive play due to its relatively high energy requirements and the presence of more powerful alternatives.
