A deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from including Garbodor V EVS 190, as its Trash Stench attack can poison and prevent retreat, while its Sludge Bomb attack deals a decent amount of damage. However, there are better options available in the current meta that offer more versatility and power, such as other Pokémon V or VMAX cards with stronger abilities and attacks. Garbodor V EVS 190 may struggle to compete against these stronger options and may not see much play in competitive decks.
