A deck that focuses on utilizing Evolution Pokémon and benefits from retrieving them from the discard pile would greatly benefit from including the Lure Ball CES 138 card. However, a better alternative might be the Rescue Stretcher card, which allows you to choose between putting a Pokémon from your discard pile into your hand or shuffling 3 Pokémon from your discard pile into your deck. While Lure Ball can be situational and reliant on coin flips, Rescue Stretcher offers more flexibility and consistency in retrieving Evolution Pokémon. Overall, Lure Ball could see play in specific decks that heavily rely on Evolution Pokémon retrieval strategies, but Rescue Stretcher may be a more reliable and versatile option for most decks.
