Blitzle BKP 48 could be a valuable addition to an aggressive Lightning-type deck with energy acceleration options, as its Reckless Charge attack can quickly put pressure on the opponent. However, given its self-damage drawback, decks with healing or energy acceleration to mitigate this effect would benefit the most from using this card. There may be better options like Tapu Koko SM31, with its spreading damage attack and immunity to effects from basic Pokemon, making it a more versatile choice in many situations.
