A deck focused on disruption and control would greatly benefit from including Glaceon-GX UPR 141, as its Freezing Gaze Ability shuts down the Abilities of opponent's Pokémon-GX and Pokémon-EX, providing a significant advantage. While there may be other strong GX cards available, Glaceon-GX's ability to disrupt opponent's strategies and deal damage with its attacks make it a valuable addition to the right deck, especially in a meta where Abilities play a crucial role.
