This Necrozma-GX card would be beneficial in a Psychic-type deck that focuses on energy acceleration and disruption, as it can deal significant damage with its Prismatic Burst attack and has a powerful GX attack in Black Ray-GX. However, in a competitive setting, there may be better options available such as Mewtwo & Mew-GX, which offers more versatility and synergy with various other Pokémon-GX. Overall, Necrozma-GX can still see play in certain deck archetypes but may not be the top choice in the current meta.
