A deck that focuses on Evolved Pokémon with high energy costs or abilities that benefit from having extra energy attached would benefit from using Boost Energy AQ 145. However, there are better options available such as Double Colorless Energy or Triple Acceleration Energy which provide multiple energy of the same type without the restriction of only being able to attach to an Evolved Pokémon. Boost Energy AQ 145 may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations and the availability of more versatile energy cards.
