A deck focused on Fairy-type Pokémon with a heavy emphasis on attaching Fairy Energy would greatly benefit from including M Gardevoir-EX PRC 106 due to its powerful Brilliant Arrow attack. However, given the Mega Evolution rule that ends your turn upon evolving, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other Fairy-type Pokémon cards that offer more versatility and consistency in gameplay, such as Gardevoir-GX from the Sun & Moon expansion. Overall, while M Gardevoir-EX PRC 106 has its strengths, there are potentially better options available for competitive play.
