This Wishiwashi-GX card could benefit a Water-type deck that focuses on energy manipulation and disruption strategies. While its Torrential Vortex attack can help disrupt opponents by discarding Special Energy, its Blue Surge-GX attack allows for strategic energy transfer to benched Pokémon. However, in a competitive setting, there are more powerful and versatile Water-type GX cards available like Lapras-GX or Keldeo-GX, making Wishiwashi-GX less likely to see play in top-tier decks.
