Palkia MD 11, Pokémon - basic, designed by Masakazu Fukuda first released in May, 2022 in the set Majestic Dawn. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 57.87.
This Palkia MD 11 card would be beneficial in a Water-type deck that focuses on disruption and energy denial strategies, as its Zone Shift ability can disrupt the opponent's setup while its Pearl Blast attack can help control the opponent's energy attachments. However, in terms of competitive play, there are better options available such as Seismitoad-EX which offers more consistent disruption and control capabilities, making it a more popular choice in Water-type decks. Overall, while Palkia MD 11 has its niche uses, it may not see as much play compared to other more powerful and versatile cards in the current meta.
