Introduction
Today, we'll explore Ceruledge PFL 20, which can deal 220 damage for just 1 basic Fire energy, in Expanded!
This deck in particular also plays Vaporeon AOR 22 and Jolteon AOR 26 to change Ceruledge's type to either Water or Electric, so it won't deal twice as much damage only to Grass Pokémon!

Deck Structure
Ceruledge: The Main Attacker

This Pokémon is quite simple: for one Fire energy, it deals 220 damage. But under one condition: you'll need to discard 4 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230 from your hand. Otherwise, it doesn't work.
Recursive Pokémon
Baby Pokémon: Eeveelutions

Vaporeon AOR 22 and Jolteon AOR 26 will make this deck a lot stronger because of their abilities. They can make your stage 1 Pokémon Water or Electric, respectively.
With them, Ceruledge PFL 20 can deal twice as much damage to Fire Pokémon (if you use Vaporeon's ability) or Water Pokémon (if you use Jolteon's ability), and deal 440 damage to them!
To get to Vaporeon and Jolteon, this list plays Eevee PRE 74. Its ability lets you look for any Eeveelution in your deck and evolve it on the spot if it's your active Pokémon on your first turn.
Baby Pokémon: Other Recursive Pokémon

Bidoof CRZ 111's ability is a sort of "Bench Protect", but it affects Bidoof itself. Like so, it will be immune to sniper attacks from the opponent, and you'll eventually be able to evolve it into Bibarel, which draws cards.
Bibarel BRS 121's ability then, is a quick way to get 5 cards in hand.
Finally, Mew UNB 76 is a defense against sniper damage.
Rule Box Pokémon

This Pokémon draws cards if one of your Pokémon was knocked out on the previous turn by enemy attacks.
Fezandipiti ex SFA 38 is a staple in many decks that play baby Pokémon because they die easily. It will constantly draw cards for you.
Trainers
Supporters

Firebreather PFL 89 filters 7 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230 from your deck and puts them in your hand.
Arven sv3 186 does the same, but for 1 item and 1 tool from your deck.
Boss's Orders MEG 114 pulls enemy Pokémon into the active spot.
Items to Get Pokémon

You can only use Battle VIP Pass FST 225 on the very first turn, but it puts 2 basic Pokémon from your deck directly on your bench.
Buddy-Buddy Poffin PRE 101 does the same for Pokémon with up to 70 HP.
Ultra Ball BRS 150 lets you get any basic or evolution Pokémon from your deck if you also discard 2 cards from your hand.
Item to Get Fire Energies

This item is essential in this deck, as it gives you 4 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230 from your deck if you discard 2 cards from your hand. This directly supports Ceruledge PFL 20's attack.
Item to Pull Enemy Pokémon

Item to Sabotage the Opponent

If you discard 1 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230 from your hand, you can play this card and remove one special energy or tool from an enemy Pokémon or discard any stadium in play.
Item to Recycle Cards In General

VS Seeker PHF 109 recycles 1 trainer from the discard pile and puts it in your hand.
Super Rod sv2 188 recycles 3 cards from the discard pile (Pokémon and/or basic energies) and puts them in your deck.
Energy Recycler DRI 164 recycles 5 basic energies from the discard pile and puts them in your deck.
Superior Energy Retrieval sv2 189 recycles up to 4 basic energies from the discard pile and puts them in your hand if you also discard 2 cards from your hand.
Tool

This tool lets you retreat the Pokémon it is attached to for free. It is essential with Bibarel BRS 121.
Stadiums

Giant Hearth UNM 197 filters 2 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230 from the deck if you also discard 1 card from your hand.
Heat Factory ◇ LOT 178 draws cards if you also discard 1 Basic Fire Energy sv3 230.

Pros and Cons
Pros
This deck is great against Grass lists (because the main attacker is a Fire Pokémon), and, because of Vaporeon and Jolteon, is also great against Fire and Water lists.
It deals a lot of damage (220) and thus can easily beat Pokémon ex, basic Pokémon-EX, basic Pokémon V, and similar, even without applying weakness.
Finally, it plays lots of ways to get energies or recycle them.
Cons
This list isn't so great against 'spread damage' lists (like Dragapult ex PRE 73 and Mimikyu VMax/Dusclops/Dusknoir combo, from Shrouded Fable).
It also struggles against Banette ex sv1 88 and Gengar & Mimikyu-GX TEU 53 because of Poltergeist, an attack that deals damage according to how many trainers are in your hand… This Ceruledge list plays lots of them.
Finally, it will have trouble against Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX CEC 156, "One Hit K.O." lists like Mega Absol ex MEG 86, and ADP Dragonite EX or Mewtwo & Mew-GX UNM 71 with Glaceon-EX.
Final Words
This deck proves how strong strategies centered around baby Pokémon are, particularly against Rule Box Pokémon. Ceruledge PFL 20 is proof of that.
It is also cheap and accessible, as well as excellent in Expanded because of how versatile and innovative it is.
