Professor Sada’s Vitality (Paradox Rift 170) is best suited for **Ancient/Paradox Pokémon decks**, especially ones built around attackers like **Roaring Moon ex, Koraidon ex, Gouging Fire ex, or Great Tusk**, because it accelerates Energy from the discard pile directly to Ancient Pokémon while also drawing cards, making it both setup and recovery in one Supporter; it is particularly strong in aggressive decks that discard Energy early through Ultra Ball or Professor’s Research. In decks that are not focused on Ancient Pokémon, it is generally worse than broader draw or acceleration options like **Professor’s Research** (for pure draw power) or archetype-specific accelerators such as **Dark Patch** (for Darkness decks), but within Ancient builds it is usually the best and most efficient option available. Overall, it absolutely should see play in any competitive Ancient deck, often as a 3–4 copy staple, but it is not worth including outside that archetype.
