Toxicroak MEG 79 could be beneficial in a Fighting-type deck that focuses on aggressive strategies since it has a decent attacking power with Reckless Charge for 70 damage, but the self-inflicted damage must be taken into consideration. However, there are probably better Stage 1 Fighting-type Pokémon cards available that offer stronger attacks or more utility without the drawback of damaging themselves, such as Lucario VMAX. Overall, Toxicroak MEG 79 may not be a top choice for competitive play due to its self-damaging effect, but could still be used in a casual deck for fun or as a budget option.
