This Candice SIT 189 card would greatly benefit a Water-type deck in the Pokemon TCG, allowing players to quickly search for Water Pokemon and Energy cards to build up their board presence and maintain energy acceleration. While Candice SIT 189 is a solid option for Water decks, the card Nessa (Sword & Shield 163/202) provides a similar effect of searching for Water Energy cards while also allowing the player to attach one from their hand to a benched Water Pokemon, making it a more versatile and efficient choice. However, Candice SIT 189 could still see play in decks looking for additional consistency and card draw options.
