A deck that focuses on drawing cards and maintaining hand advantage would benefit from including Dialga-GX UPR 164 due to its Overclock ability, which allows you to quickly replenish your hand. While Dialga-GX's Shred attack is useful for dealing consistent damage, its Timeless-GX attack can provide a game-changing advantage by granting an extra turn. However, in competitive play, other GX cards with more versatile abilities and higher damage output may be preferred over Dialga-GX UPR 164, such as Zacian V or ADP (Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX).
