A deck that focuses on quickly cycling through cards and maintaining hand advantage would benefit from using Hugh BCR 130 as it can disrupt the opponent's hand size. However, N is generally considered a stronger alternative as it also shuffles the opponent's hand into their deck, potentially disrupting their strategy further. While Hugh can be situational, N sees more play in competitive decks due to its versatility and overall stronger effect.
