A deck focused on Fire and Lightning type Pokémon that can quickly attach energy and support Mega Evolution would benefit from including M Rayquaza-EX ROS 61. However, due to its high energy cost and the drawback of discarding energy, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other Mega EX cards with similar power levels but lower energy requirements, such as Mega Charizard-EX or Mega Manectric-EX.
