A deck focused on quick energy acceleration and card draw would benefit from using Jirachi PR-NP 21, especially in a Psychic-themed deck. While Jirachi's ability to draw cards and deal damage based on energy attached is useful, there are potentially better cards with similar effects like Jirachi GX or Mewtwo & Mew-GX that offer more versatility and power. However, Jirachi PR-NP 21 could still see play in certain decks that prioritize speed and consistency.
