A deck that focuses on controlling the opponent's Bench size would benefit from using the Narrow Gym G1 124 Trainer card in the Pokemon TCG. This card can disrupt strategies that rely on having a full Bench by forcing players to return a Pokemon and its attachments to their hand if they exceed the limit. However, there are better options available such as Lysandre's Trump Card, which can shuffle all cards from both players' discard piles back into their decks, providing more versatile disruption. Narrow Gym G1 124 may see situational play in specific deck archetypes that require Bench control, but overall, there are stronger options to consider.
