This Rose DAA 189 Trainer-Supporter card would greatly benefit a deck that focuses on Pokémon VMAX that require a lot of energy attachments to unleash powerful attacks quickly. Decks like Eternatus VMAX or Dragapult VMAX could make good use of this card to accelerate their energy attachment strategy. However, there are better cards like Marnie or Boss's Orders that offer more versatile effects, making Rose DAA 189 less commonly seen in competitive play unless in specific energy acceleration-focused decks.
