A deck that heavily relies on recycling resources from the discard pile, such as a mill deck or a deck focused on using powerful cards that end up in the discard pile frequently, would benefit from using Lysandre's Trump Card. However, due to its ban in competitive play for causing matches to go on indefinitely, other cards like Pal Pad or Ordinary Rod may be better options for deck consistency and resource management.
