This card would benefit a deck that focuses on dealing high damage quickly, such as an aggressive Fire/Fighting type deck. However, the self-damage from Kaiser Tackle could be a drawback, so it would be important to have healing or damage mitigation cards in the deck. While Koraidon ex TEF 120 has potential for high damage output, there may be better cards with similar abilities that are more efficient and less risky to use in competitive play.
