About Hydreigon ex SSP 223

Hydreigon ex SSP 223, Pokémon - stage 2 tera ex, designed by Konami first released in Nov, 2024 in the set Surging Sparks.

A deck focused on disruption and spread damage would benefit from including Hydreigon ex SSP 223, as its Crashing Headbutt attack can quickly deplete opponent's decks while its Obsidian attack can deal damage to multiple Benched Pokémon. However, given its reliance on Special Energy and Stage 2 evolution, other more efficient cards like Tapu Koko V or Gengar & Mimikyu-GX may be better suited for competitive play.
