Milotic FLF 23 could be beneficial in a water-themed deck that focuses on energy acceleration and utilizing basic Pokémon, as its Energy Grace ability allows for quick energy attachment, which can power up other Pokémon quickly. However, there are arguably better cards for energy acceleration, such as Blastoise (XY) with its Deluge ability, which can attach multiple water energies in one turn without the drawback of knocking itself out.
