Cheren DEX 91 would benefit a deck that focuses on drawing cards quickly to set up combos or find key cards. While Cheren's ability to draw 3 cards can be useful for consistency, there are better Supporter cards like Professor's Research that allow you to draw 7 cards but require you to discard your hand. Cheren could see play in decks that need a more conservative draw option or as a supplement to other draw Supporters in a pinch.
