Empoleon LV.X DP 120 would benefit a control-oriented deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's hand and slow down their strategy. While its Supreme Command ability can be powerful in limiting the opponent's options, its high energy cost and the drawback of not being able to attack on the following turn might make it less efficient in fast-paced decks. Other cards like Seismitoad-EX with Quaking Punch may offer a more consistent disruption strategy, but Empoleon LV.X could still see play in certain control decks that can capitalize on its unique abilities effectively.
