Pokémon Concierge: A new Pokémon animation for Netflix

As a recent novelty, on Netflix, there was the premiere of the clay model animation, called Pokémon Concierge, which was launched on the platform on December 28, 2023, with an entertainment proposal for the whole family.

The animation has 4 brief episodes averaging 20 minutes each episode.

The story is about the first job of the protagonist, Haru, which tells about her evolution at work at the Pokémon themed resort hotel, presenting the love relationship between humans and Pokémon, in a harmonious and well-being environment, where both are customers.

Meanwhile, Haru will develop a friendship with a Psyduck, trying to understand more about the Pokémon's feelings and others in general. With each experience there, she meets other people sharing their ideas and perspectives about this Pokémon world and the bond with her companions.

The animation announcement was published around the time of Pokémon Day (in February 2023 - the franchise's anniversary month).

The guest singer for the animation theme was the illustrious Mariya Takeuchi, an extreme celebrity in Japan, where she was one of the most influential singers of the ”J-Pop” or “City Pop” genre of the 80s.

Curiosities: you can notice that at 0:10 of the video there is the cover of the album Variety in the background; and then, at 0:12, another album, Turntable; and at 1:12, the iconic album Plastic Love.
