Introduction
Today, we'll revisit a few interesting cards from Expanded, more specifically from the "United Wings" archetype. The list below uses a few of the many "tech" cards available in Expanded to discard as many Pokémon as possible and then deal more damage with the United Wings attack as fast as possible!
United Wings in Expanded
Decklist
Attackers

All of these Pokémon have the same attack, United Wings, which is at the center of this entire strategy. It deals more damage according to how many Pokémon that have this attack are in your discard pile.
Murkrow sv2 131's attack is quite easy to use, considering it only costs one Darkness energy, but Wattrel sv2 80 and Flamigo sv2 170 need Double Colorless Energy GRI 166 to attack.

Ditto CRZ 107's ability lets it copy attacks from basic Pokémon in your discard pile as long as they don't have a Rule Box either.
As this entire deck centers around "baby" Pokémon that have the United Wings attack, this Ditto is a great idea. It will deal a truckload of damage if you manage to discard all your United Wings Pokémon.
That means 4 copies of Murkrow sv2 131, 4 copies of Wattrel sv2 80, and 4 copies of Flamigo sv2 170. If you discard all of these cards, Ditto will deal 240 damage!
If you use any of these as your active Pokémon, you won't be able to deal as much damage with United Wings. The only way to deal as much damage as possible is if you use Ditto CRZ 107 as your attacker. This way, you may put all your other 12 United Wings Pokémon in your discard pile and deal maximum damage to enemy Pokémon.
Recursive Pokémon

► Mew UNB 76's ability prevents "sniper" attacks targeting your benched Pokémon from dealing damage.
► Fezandipiti ex SFA 38 draws 3 cards whenever your opponent Knocks Out one of your Pokémon with an attack.
► Dedenne-GX UNB 57's ability is a way to renew your entire hand, as it discards it and draws 6 new cards.

Supporter to Recycle Energies and Get Cards From the Deck

Raihan is essential because his first effect is perfect to attach Basic Darkness Energy SFA 98 to Murkrow sv2 131 and/or Ditto CRZ 107.
Its second effect lets you get any card from your deck, so it's quite incredible.
Please note that you can only use Raihan if your opponent Knocked Out one of your Pokémon on the previous turn.
Supporter to "Pull" Enemy Pokémon and Swap Your Pokémon

Items
Ìtems to Get Pokémon From the Deck

These cards both let you discard resources to get Pokémon from your deck.
If you use Ultra Ball sv1 196, you'll have to discard two cards from your hand.
If you use Quick Ball SSH 179, you'll have to discard one card from your hand.
Items to Recycle Resources

► VS Seeker PHF 109 recycles one Supporter from your discard pile and puts it in your hand.
► Super Rod NVI 95 shuffles a combination of up to 3 Pokémon and/or basic energies back into your deck.
► Rescue Carrier EVS 154 recycles two Pokémon with up to 90 HP from the discard pile and puts them in your hand.
► Special Charge STS 105 shuffles up to 2 special energies back into your deck, including Double Colorless Energy GRI 166.
Item to Discard Cards

This card is the heart of this strategy. It lets you discard up to 3 cards from your deck straight into the discard pile, so the main game plan is to use it to set up United Wings and deal even more damage with it.
Item to Filter Basic Energies

This card lets you get two Basic Darkness Energy SFA 98 from your deck and also forces you to discard a card, so it is perfect to discard "United Wings" Pokémon.
Item to "Pull" Enemy Pokémon

This card replaced Boss's Orders because of its interaction with PokéStop PGO 68, which draws Items in particular.
Tool

You can only use this card if you're losing the game. If you do, it'll make the Pokémon equipped with it to deal 30 extra damage to the opponent's active Pokémon.
Stadium

This card forces you to discard 3 cards from the top of your deck. If you discard Items this way, you may put them in your hand. Otherwise, you'll simply discard them. The idea is to discard United Wings Pokémon with it.

Pros and Cons
Pros
This Pokémon easily Knocks Out Rule Box Pokémon, such as Pokémon EX, GX, TAG TEAM-GX, V, VMax, VUnion, VStar, ex.
It also deals a lot of damage early on and deals even more throughout the game.
Cons
If you draw Carmine PRE 103 on the first few turns, you might have to discard relevant cards with it.
Item Lock decks absolutely destroy this entire strategy.
Stadiums like Silent Lab PRC 140 or "spread" attacks like Dragapult ex PRE 73 are big problems.
Finally, Pokémon that are immune to certain types of damage or that work with specific strategies, like Mewtwo & Mew-GX UNM 71, can be quite problematic.
Final Words
This deck is strong, aggressive, and centers around basic Pokémon, so you won't need a lot of energies to make it work. It is also practical and efficient, but you'll need to invest some time into mastering it to make the right decisions at the right times.
For instance, knowing when to use Special Charge STS 105 and Counter Catcher sv4 160 is critical, as it is the only way you'll get the most out of this deck.
