IntroductionNow that Chaos Rising is out, let's explore a few single prize cards from this set. One of them is Avalugg CRI 24, which is quite similar to Mega Abomasnow ex MEG 36. Both of these Pokémon let you look at the top cards in your deck and discard them. For each energy you recycle this way, this attack deals 20 damage!The ComboFirst, set up your board as fast as possible with Precious Trolley SSP 185 and all your basic Pokémon. This includes Bergmite CRI 23 so that you can evolve it into Avalugg CRI 24 and Kyogre MEG 34.Then, keep your loop going by attacking with Avalugg CRI 24's Iceberg Breaker.Finally, when you have discarded a lot of Water energies and are almost running out of them, use Surfing Beach MEG 129 to retreat your Water Pokémon for free. Then, put Kyogre MEG 34 as your active Pokémon so that you can use its attack, Riptide, and recycle your energies as well as deal damage!TrainersSupportersLarry's Skill PRE 115 lets you discard all cards in your hand to get 1 Pokémon (basic or evolution), 1 basic energy, and 1 Supporter from your deck. Ideally, you should play this card when you have lots of basic Water energies in your hand, as then you'll already set up the Kyogre MEG 34 combo.Team Rocket's Petrel DRI 176 lets you get any Trainer from your deck, including Supporters, Items, Stadiums, and more.Lana's Aid TWM 155 recycles a combination of up to 3 cards in your discard pile into your hand, including basic energies and single prize Pokémon (those without a rule box).Boss's Orders MEG 114 lets you pull a benched enemy Pokémon into the active spot. You should use it to knock out a specific Pokémon.Items to Get PokémonPoké Pad POR 81 lets you look for a baby Pokémon in your deck, that is, those without a rule box.Item to Recycle PokémonSacred Ash DRI 168 lets you recycle up to 5 Pokémon in your discard pile back into your deck. It lets you put as many basic Pokémon as you'd like on your bench directly from your deck, so it's an easy way to set up your board early on.Final WordsThis deck is cheap and quite fun, but please remember it relies heavily on luck.It can struggle a lot against spread lists, like Dragapult ex PRE 73 and Dusknoir PRE 37 with Munkidori PRE 44 and its evolution line.Decks that sabotage your hand, like Xerosic's Machinations SFA 64, can also be a problem if you have already spent your resources, like Lana's Aid TWM 155 and Sacred Ash DRI 168. Furthermore, because this list doesn't play anything that lets you get Pokémon except Precious Trolley SSP 185, if it ends up in your Prize cards, you won't be able to progress your game plan that easily.So, please keep in mind this is a casual list and often fails.
