Introduction
In today's article, we'll discuss a rogue list that managed to rank among the top 14 best decks at the Korean League Season 4 in the hands of Minje Kim. It plays Okidogi TWM 111, which has always had a lot of potential but struggled with getting energies in time.
This problem was solved by Barbaracle POR 43 from Mega Evolution: Perfect Order. Its ability, Stone Arms, can give you the energies you need for Okidogi just when you need them.

Okidogi: The Main Attacker

Let's start with its ability. Adrena-Power gives Okidogi TWM 111 an extra 100 HP and makes it deal 100 extra damage if it has any Darkness energies attached.
So, if you attach 1 Darkness energy to this Pokémon, Okidogi TWM 111 will have 230 HP instead of 130, and its main attack, Good Punch, will deal 170 damage instead of 70.
And yet, this list doesn't play any basic Darkness energies.
It plays Prism Energy ASC 216 instead, which is a versatile energy that can act as all types of energies. We'll see more about it soon.
Bloodmoon Ursaluna: Support Attacker

This Pokémon's ability, Battle-Hardened, lets you attach energies to it. When you put this Pokémon on your bench, you may get 2 Fighting Energy MEE 6 from your hand and attach them to it.
Its main attack, Mad Bite (F)(C)(C), deals 100 damage plus 30 extra damage for each damage counter on enemy Pokémon.
This means they'll take more damage the more vulnerable they are. It's that simple.
Let's see an example. If a Dragapult ex TWM 130 has 6 damage counters, instead of 320 HP, it'll have 260 HP. Bloodmoon Ursaluna PRE 54's attack, Mad Bite, will deal 130 + 180 damage, which is 310 damage!
The math is actually simple:
1 damage counter = 30 extra damage.
6 damage counters = 180 extra damage.
Moltres: Alternative Attacker

Moltres is a great way to get rid of all the Budew PRE 4 in the meta, but it is also quite strong against Pokémon ex because of its effect. It makes it deal 90 extra damage if the opponent's active Pokémon is a Pokémon ex.
Once again, you'll use Prism Energy ASC 216 on it, as it can also be a Fire energy!
Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex: Alternative Attacker

This Pokémon stands out because of its ability, Cornerstone Stance, which makes it immune to any enemy Pokémon that has an ability. It is quite difficult to deal with, as it forces the opponent to use Pokémon without abilities and, as such, limits their options.
Furthermore, its main attack, Demolish, ignores weaknesses, resistances, and any other effects on the opponent's active Pokémon.
It's a bit heavy, as it costs (F)(C)(C), but you'll have Barbaracle POR 43 to get what you need.
Recursive Pokémon
Lunatone & Solrock: Sibling Synergy

Lunatone MEG 74's ability, Lunar Cycle, only works if a Solrock is in play. If so, you may discard a Fighting energy from your hand to draw 3 cards (you can't use this ability more than once per turn).
Solrock MEG 75, in turn, needs to be in play to enable Lunatone MEG 74's ability. This is its main role, but you can also use it as a single prize attacker.

This Pokémon's ability, Adrena-Brain, lets you move 3 damage counters from your Pokémon to enemy Pokémon however you like, as long as Munkidori has any Darkness energies attached.
Once again, you'll use Prism Energy ASC 216 on it.

Barbaracle POR 43 is the heart of this archetype. Its ability, Stone Arms, is your main way to get energies: during your turn, you may use this ability to attach one basic Fighting energy from your hand to one of your Fighting Pokémon.
Trainers
Supporters

Lillie's Determination MEG 119 lets you shuffle your hand back into your deck and draw 6 new cards. If you have exactly 6 Prize cards left, you'll draw 8 cards instead of 6.
Morty's Conviction TEF 155 also lets you draw cards, but it's a bit different. You'll have to discard 1 card from your hand to draw cards according to how many Pokémon are on the opponent's bench.
Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking TEF 145 lets you get any 2 cards you want from your deck, shuffle it, then put those 2 cards at the very top.
Boss's Orders MEG 114 pulls an enemy benched Pokémon to the active spot. You should use it to knock out a specific enemy Pokémon.
Tarragon: The New Perfect Order Pokémon

Tarragon lets you recycle up to 4 cards, including Fighting Pokémon and basic energies, from your discard pile. You'll put these recycled cards in your hand.
Items to Get Pokémon and Resources

Fighting Gong MEG 116 lets you get 1 basic Fighting Pokémon or 1 basic Fighting energy from your deck.

Poké Pad POR 81 lets you get a baby Pokémon from your deck, that is, those that don't have a rule box.
Item to Get Supporters

This card lets you look at the top 7 cards in your deck and get a Supporter.
Items to Recycle Pokémon and Basic Energies

Night Stretcher SFA 61 lets you recycle one basic energy or Pokémon.
Energy Retrieval sv1 171 lets you recycle 2 basic energies from the discard pile and put them in your hand.
This is perfect with Bloodmoon Ursaluna PRE 54's ability, for instance, or with Barbaracle POR 43's ability.
Tool

Air Balloon BLK 79 lets you retreat the Pokémon it is attached to for 2 colorless energies less.
Stadium

Battle Cage PFL 85 protects your benched Pokémon from attack effects and abilities on enemy Pokémon.
Basically, it is great against Dragapult ex PRE 73 (because of Phantom Dive) and Dusclops PRE 36 / Dusknoir PRE 37, as well as Froslass TWM 53 / Munkidori TWM 95.
Special Energy

As we mentioned, this is a very versatile energy, as it can act as any type of energy. But you can only attach it to basic Pokémon.
So, it enables Okidogi TWM 111's and Munkidori TWM 95's abilities. It can also act as a basic Fire energy for Moltres PFL 14.
ACE SPEC

This ACE SPEC is considered a special energy. If the opponent knocks out the Pokémon that has this special energy attached, they'll get one Prize card less.
In other words, if they take down a baby Pokémon (those that don't have a rule box) that has this energy attached, they won't get any Prize cards!
And best of all, it can act as any type of energy!
Final Words
This deck was quite relevant at the Praga Regional on April 25th, 2026, and placed really well:

It's quite easy to build, play, and get because it's quite accessible. The most expensive card in it is probably Legacy Energy TWM 167, but it's actually not even that costly.
